To get you an answer in one reply, please include your order number (it starts with #, and it is in your confirmation email) and, if something arrived damaged, a photo.

Order problems

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, or your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email order@thegadget4u.com and we will chase the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full.
