Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all orders at THE GADGET MART. There is no minimum spend and no shipping charge is added at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs inspection.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become active on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, email order@thegadget4u.com.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not yet shipping to your address.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left our fulfilment centre. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
