This website is operated by THE GADGET MART. By placing an order or using this site you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before you buy.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where indicated at checkout. We do our best to describe every product accurately, but product photographs are provided by our suppliers and slight variation in colour or packaging is possible.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit the quantity of any item ordered. If we cancel an order for this reason we will refund you in full.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout and is processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery estimates and carrier information are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Returns and refunds
Your rights to return an item and receive a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies instead.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to THE GADGET MART or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
